Whilst all our products go through rigorous testing and quality checks we are only human and there can be things that are missed.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send pictures of the issue where possible so that we can evaluate and correct the problem. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to review concerns with an item that was purchased more than 6 months ago, unless you’re able to demonstrate that the item was faulty when you received it.
