All of our products have a size guide, the link to which can be found next to the sizes on the product page. Here you will find a measurement chart showing the actual measurements of the product so that you can compare them to something that you already own. 

Below the product measurements there is a Size Conversion chart where you can find alternative standard sizes (such as UK/US men's waist) that you may be more familiar with so you can see what the equivalent Wellwear size is. 

In the below example, if you're a UK men's 32" waist, you'd be a size M in our Premium Pyjama Pant.
