To initiate a return or exchange from the UK, please use our returns portal by clicking here.

To log in please include the # (hashtag) in front of your order number and the email address associated with the order.  If you're returning an exchange order please use the reference starting SW- (the # is not required).

Through our returns portal you will be able to choose to either return your item for a refund or store credit or exchange it for a new size or style.  Please note the cost of your return’s postage will be automatically deducted from your refund depending on the service you choose. 

**Please note that returns may take up to 5 working days to process once they have been received.
