We hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you change your mind we have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return, exchange (UK only) or receive store credit for any unwanted items within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. You’ll also need the returns form you receive with your order.  

Returns that we receive in a damaged condition will be investigated. We withhold the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange for garments that are returned damaged.

UNDERWEAR RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of underwear we can only accept returns if they are faulty.   This does not affect your statutory rights. Please double check the size and style before opening the product. When returning by mail, please make sure to return the item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging, preferably the original outer packaging used to ship your order.
